A Chinese giltwood figure of a temple lion, late 19th century, modelled as a standing temple lion with head turned to the right, adorned with a saddle cloth carved with shou characters and fu bats, its back surmounted by a carved and pierced vase, with circular top all standing on a rectangular base. 18cms tall, 14.5cms wide and 10.5cms deep.
