Art Deco figure of a semi-clad dancing lady. Made in England from gesso with a gold finish and dating from circa.1920-30. Reg. no. 832898 to reverse along with model no.302 and artists monogram. 39cms tall.
This is a Leonardine (Guiseppie Leonardi) figurine; hence GL monogram, to left of Registered design number. Leonardi made superb quality gesso figurines and this is one. He was based in Elthorne Road, off Holloway Road, North London.
